Incorrect items received
In the event of receiving incorrect items we will send out the correct items.
We must be informed within 28 days. Correct items will be sent on return of the incorrect items unopened.
Items can be returned free of charge using ONLY our free post address. Cost occurred from not using our free post address will not be refunded.

Unwanted items
Unwanted items can be returned within 28 days for a refund or replacement as long as they are unopened in the original packaging. Returns postage must be fully covered by the buyer, and we recomend using a tracked service.

Faulty items
Faulty items will be replaced if returned within 3 months of purchase or within the guarantee period stated on the packaging if longer and if the items are confirmed as faulty by our quality control department. Damage caused by abnormal usage will not be considered as a fault. Refunds will only be made if supported by purchasing documentation or reference.

Refunds
If you are entitled to a refund, your credit card account will be credited within 14 days. You will be emailed when the refund takes place.
